Often when the consumer attempts to remove the stain by themselves, it can further aggravate the removal process and can make the stain more difficult to remove. The sooner you can get the garment into one of our stores, the better chances we have to successfully remove the stain. Notify our staff when you drop the garment off what the stain is, how long it has been on the garment, and if you used a home spotting method on the stain.

Be advised that there is always risk involved with trying to remove stains, and that you might make the stain worse or pull color from fabric when using the spotting methods or chemicals. Always test the spotting solution on an area of the garment that can’t be noticed to see if there will be any changing of color or texture to the material.
